Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of engineering, major in Architecture
- Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in architectural BIM/ Revit-base projects
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit (essential), AutoCAD required
- Experience in BIM coordination for industrial, commercial, or mixed-use projects preferred
- Basic understanding of construction detailing and materials
- Familiarity with BIM workflows, model coordination, and drawing standards
- Ability to work independently and within a multi-disciplinary team
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Good communication skills in Thailand (written/ verbal) (Prefer)
- Experience with Navisworks/ BIM coordination
- Exposure to ISO-based QA/QC or BIM execution plans (BEP)
- Experience working with international consultants or at overseas
Working Hours: 8:00AM ~ 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
