Job Descriptions
- organize the classroom and learning resources and create displays to encourage a positive learning environment
- Take responsibility for the progress of a class of primary-age pupils
- Motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation
- Maintain discipline
- Prepare and mark work to facilitate positive pupil development
- Meet requirements for the assessment and recording of pupils’ development
- Ensure that pupils are safe and that all child protection and safeguarding measures in school
- Coordinate activities and resources within a specific area of the curriculum, and support colleagues in the delivery of this specialist area
- organize and take part in school events, outings and activities, which may take place at weekends or in the evening
- Liaise with colleagues and work flexibly
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant field, preferably with a specialization in primary education.
- Relevant Teaching certification or licensure appropriate to the jurisdiction.
- Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum and educational frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of pedagogical approaches and effective teaching strategies.
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning processes.
- Adherence to high professional standards and commitment to student-centered education.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students and the institution.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
