Job Requirements
- Any graduated
- Any graduate with a graduate diploma in General Management
- BE (EP) or MBA is preferable
- 5 years experience in a Managerial Role
- Good personality, Ethical Leadership Skills and Problem-Solving Skills
- Capable of building and improving the company’s reputation
- Strong knowledge of departmental functions of the branch
- A sufficient understanding and knowledge of working with SAP System
Job Descriptions
- All departmental functions must be involved and provided guidelines.
- Managing and overseeing day-to-day operations of the branch
- Capable of developing employees’ performance and motivating them.
- Building a deeper relationship with customers and stakeholders
- Creating the necessary business strategy to meet the branch’s objectives.
- Initiating and participating in company-wide meetings and building effective communication flow
- Monitoring the financial transactions and preparing the managerial report
- Ensuring compliance with the policy and procedures of the company
- Capable of providing ad hoc solutions with unexpected challenges
- Able to perform the duties assigned by the management if needed
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
