Job Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering courses with three (3) years of experiences in the same field; or graduate of Technical High School with five (5) or more years of experience in the same field.
- Preferred: BS Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering. Certified is an advantage.
- Minimum: with three (3) or more years of experience in manufacturing operation, food packaging (PET/Can), PET Blow Moulding, CIP operation gained from a ISO 9001 & ISO 2200 compliant company.
- Preferred: with one (1) or more years of supervisory experience or equivalent capacity.
- Adequate communication skills in English and Myanmar
Job Descriptions
- Responsible to supervisor all packaging activities and performance in providing finished product requirement of the customer at a premium quality and food safety standard, on time and in full compliance at minimum processing cost possible. The functions cover review and analyzing packaging operation and implement operating pre-requisite programs in attainment of department quality objectives.
- Prepare Issuance Slip (IS) for packaging operation.
- Prepare Requisition Slip (RS) for packaging operation.
- Supervise machine start-up, operation, and shut down procedure.
- Verify cleaning, troubleshooting, corrective, preventative maintenance, post maintenance activities within the area of responsibility.
- Assign right size manpower requirement; arrange break time rotation and shift change.
- Review of the packaging reports.
- Input data on packaging database and department bulletin.
- Prepare incident report.
- Prepare shift progress summary.
- Prepare work request for repair and corrective maintenance.
- Prepare and/revise SOP, WI, forms, and one-point-lesson in related to their respective area.
- Lead and/or participate in root cause analysis, hazard analysis, failure mode & effect analysis, workplace hazard assessment, quality and process internal audit.
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 4:30PM
Holidays : Saturday (Half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
