• Overseeing daily business activities, improving overall business functions (Oversee day-to-day operations, sales, monitoring, and forecasting to understand the markets and projects better).
• Developing growth strategies and plans, and policies.

• Monitoring and controlling the HR/ Admin, Contract, Warehouse & Store, Procurement, BD, Sales & Marketing, Construction, and Workplace Health and Safety Departments.
• Collaborate with other managers and key employees of all departments to achieve targets and goals.
• Assist the company with company-related matters in accordance with the instructions of company management._
• As a General Manager overseeing multiple business units—General Construction Services, Property Development & Real Estate, and Liquor Retail & Distribution—the role involves strategic leadership, operational excellence, and sustained profitability.
• The General Manager will ensure seamless integration of business functions, drive innovation, and maintain a competitive edge while upholding the company’s values and long-term objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans for each sector, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
• Identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and formulate strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to define long-term vision and goals for sustainable growth.
• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize profitability.
• Monitor financial performance across business units, implementing corrective actions to meet financial targets.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives and investment opportunities to maximize ROI.
• Establish and monitor key operational metrics (KPIs) for each sector to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement systems and processes to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements across all sectors.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse management team to achieve business objectives.

• Construction Services:
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and      quality standards are met.
• Manage joint-venture negotiations with landowners and other stakeholders.
• Drive innovation in construction methods, materials, and technology.
• Property Development & Real Estate:
• Supervise land acquisition, property development, and sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and manage relationships with buyers, agents, and developers.
• Drive marketing strategies to promote properties and increase sales volumes.
• Liquor Retail & Distribution:
• Monitor inventory, supply chain efficiency, and retail sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
• Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and expand market share.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across business units to ensure operational resilience.
• Oversee adherence to corporate governance, ethical standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Establish and maintain a robust crisis management framework.
• Provide regular performance updates to the CEO and stakeholders.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations for business improvement.
• Ensure transparent communication channels between departments and the leadership      team.
Job Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management or equivalent.
• Prefer the MBA degree holder.
• Must have extensive experience and be able to manage the Construction & Real Estate     Sector, FMCG (Beverage) Sector, Government Relations, and Daily Operation & Administration.
• Must have at least 5 years of senior management experience.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in related industries.
• Must be able to work closely with cross-functional departmental managers as a team.
• Must have a good command of the English language with strong communication skills.
• Must be able to do reports for monthly, quarterly, and yearly with data analysis.
• Able to use related management and technical software.
• Able to work effectively under pressure, result-oriented, and meet tight schedules.
• Must have strategic planning skills, reporting, and management skills.
• Analytical mindset, independent, self-starter with a positive working attitude.
• Demonstrates ownership and responsibility in tasks.
