Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree – Minimum 4 years experiences
- If Diploma in Related Field – Minimum 5 years experiences
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- People-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
- Solid understanding of labour laws, regulations, HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive employee relations.
- Experience in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing and selection
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday ,Public Holiday
