Job Requirements
- Must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Proven experience in telecom industry, inventory control and management.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Proficiency in using SAP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work overtime when needed.
Job Descriptions
- Manage cycle count schedules for Warehouse and Sub-cons.
- Conduct monthly ground stock taking and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels, replenish stock as needed, and prevent overstocking or out-of-stock situations.
- Coordinate the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
- Track inbound and outbound orders to optimize stock levels.
- Compile monthly reports on cycle counts and variances for all Sub-Cons.
- Maintain updated records of stock take certificates, cycle count reports, and stock adjustments.
- Ensure timely reporting of variances to Finance Managers and completion of stock adjustments before the month-end.
- Responsible for accurate data updates on the SAP system.
- Compile regional order status reports and handle inventory administrative duties.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in the proper location.
- Report damaged or missing inventory to the Manager.
- Prepare documentation and inventory for audits.
- Verify Final Acceptance Test documents.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
