Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or retail operations. • Experience in the FMCG or Grocery sector is a significant advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in using SAP, ERP, or POS software.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and explain stock discrepancies.
• Strong coordination skills to work effectively with the Accountant, suppliers, and floor staff.
Job descriptions
• Accurately input all incoming stock into the POS system immediately upon delivery. Ensure that quantities, unit costs, and barcodes are updated correctly to reflect real-time inventory.
• Manage and execute regular cycle count schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels to maintain a healthy balance—preventing both overstocking and out-of-stock situations.
• Coordinate the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, and deliveries. Verify Delivery Orders (DO) against physical goods and handle all tagging and processing.
• Record all damaged, leaked, or expired inventory in the POS “Stock Adjustment” module to ensure financial accuracy.
• Organize and store inventory in proper locations using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to optimize stock rotation and minimize loss.
• Compile monthly reports on stock variances and cycle counts. Report missing or damaged inventory to the Manager and ensure all adjustments are completed before month-end.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: One day per week
