Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field MBA or Master’s Degree is an advantage
- 15+ years’ experience in real estate development or construction
- Proven track record managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Strong experience in housing developments / township projects
- Excellent knowledge of project management, budgeting, and contract administration
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work across multiple locations (Yangon & Pyin Oo Lwin)
Job Descriptions
- Lead and oversee multiple concurrent development projects across different locations
- Define and implement overall project execution strategy
- Ensure alignment with company business goals and investment targets
- Direct all phases of project development (design, approvals, construction, completion)
- Establish project timelines, milestones, and delivery frameworks
- Ensure timely completion of all developments
- Develop and manage overall project budgets and cash flow
- Monitor cost control, procurement, and contract management
- Ensure profitability and return on investment (ROI) targets are achieved
- Oversee selection and performance of contractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with terms and quality standards
- Resolve high-level project and contractual issues
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal)
- Report regularly to senior management and investors
- Liaise with government authorities and ensure regulatory approvals
- Ensure all projects meet design specifications, safety, and quality standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and permits
- Lead and manage Project Managers, Engineers, QS, and site teams
- Build a high-performance, accountable project culture
- Mentor and develop internal talent
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday and Public Holiday
