Job Requirements
- BE, AGTI (Civil), Construction Management
- 35 – 50 နှစ်အတွင်း ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အတွေ့အကြုံ 5 နှစ် အထက် ရှိရမည်။
- Site management & Construction process များအပေါ် နားလည်မှူရှိရမည်။
- Strong Leadership, communication နှင့် negotiation skills ရှိရမည်။
- Budgeting & cost control experience ရှိရမည်။
- Auto CAP, MS Project, Excel စသည့် tools များအသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
- Problem Solving Skills, Time management & multitasking ability Skills ရှိရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- Construction Project များကို အစမှ အဆုံးအထိ စီမှန်ခန့်ခွဲပြီး Timeline, budget နှင့် quality standards များ အတိုင်းအောင်မြင်စေရန်နှင့် Site team, contractors နှင့်Stakeholders များနှင့် အနီးကပ်ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- Construction Project Planning, Scheduling & execution ကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲရန် Project Scope, timeline နှင့် budget ကို သတ်မှတ်ခြင်းနှင့် ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။
- Site Activities များကို ကြီးကြပ်ပြီး Construction Progress များ ကို စောင့်ကြည့်ရန်။
- Contractors, subcontractors နှင့် Suppliers များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲ Drawings, specifications BOQ (Bill of Quantities) များကို review လုပ်ရန် Project risks နှင့် site issues များကို identify လုပ်ပြီး ဖြေရှင်းရန်
- Safety regulations နှင့် quality standards များလိုက်နာစေရန် ။
- Stakeholders နှင့် regular progress report မျာတင်ပြရန်။
- Permits နှင့် legal requirements များကိုလိုက်နာရန်။
- Project completion အချိန်တွင် handover process ကိုစီမံခန့်ခွဲရန်။
- Drawing & Design ကိုသိရှိနားလည်းပြီး Site ကိုပံ့ပိုးပေးရန်။
- Material Quantity Estimate ကိုခန့်မှန်းတွက်ချက်ရန်း၊ Work Schedule ကိုစီမံရေးဆွဲရန် Client နှင့် Construction ကြားညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
- Daily Report ကိုတင်ပေးရန်။
Working Hours: 9:00AM ~ 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate) & Sunday, Public Holidays
