Job Descriptions
• To lead and monitor the project team.
• To provide direction in construction planning, coordination with subcontractors, clients and consultants in ensuring smooth construction progress based on the work schedule.
• Monitor and establish a detailed construction program
• To ensure site work runs smoothly and on time.
• Ensure consistency of key processes, project quality, and budget.
• To ensure safety and environmental regulations are complied with.
• To oversee the overall project management activities at the site.
• Ability to coordinate between all parties and hold progress meetings with the client/ engineer/ sub-contractors and construction team.
• Reports to the Senior Project Engineer, Chief Engineer and Management.
• Other relevant tasks that are assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
• Minimum AGTI Diploma (Civil) or equivalent with relevant working experience.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in building construction (min 3 years managerial level).
• Preferably from a site/ construction background.
• Civil construction – Residential and high-rise works experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and coordination skills, must be a good team player.
• Good planning and good leadership to lead a team of project staff.
• Able to communicate with people of different levels, departments and customers.
• Possess Good Construction Senior Level Safety Knowledge.
Other information:
Working Hours: 9:00AM – 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday, Public Holidays
