Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required BE Engineering Civil and advance diploma in quantity surveying
• At least 8 years of experiences
• Good Communication Skill and Management Skill.
Duty and Responsibilities
• Archi နှင့် Structure drawing များကိုလေ့လာပြီး senior QS များမှတွက်ချက်ထားသော estimate များအား စစ်ဆေးပေးရန် နှင့် လိုအပ်သော guide line များပေးရန်။
• Senior QS မှပေးပို့လာသော quotation အားသုံးသပ်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း, အထက်လူကြီးများနှင့် client သို့တင်ပေးရန်.
• Clients (သို့) contractors များနှင့်စာချုပ်ချုပ်ဆိုနိုင်ရေး ပြင်ဆင်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
• Project များ၏ budget, monthly material usage list, contractor payment and project claim များ ပြုလုပ်ထားရန်. (Construction schedule အရ construction budget plan ရေးဆွဲရန်။
• Comparison sheet ပြုလုပ်ရန် (budget vs actual cost) ။
• Site မှဝယ်ယူပေးရန် တင်ထားသော အမှာစာများ၏ materials အရေအတွက်နှင့် drawing တွင်ပါဝင်သော specification နှင့် မှန် / မမှန် စစ်ဆေးပေးရန်။
• Site မှ ဝယ်ယူပေးရန် အမှာစာပို့ထားသော စာရင်းများတွင် ထူးခြားဖြစ်စဉ်များ ပေါပေါက်လာပါက သက်ဆိုင်ရာ contractor / project engineer များနှင့်ညှိနှိူင်းဆုံးဖြတ်ရန်။
• သက်ဆိုင်ရာ project အလိုက် drawing များတွင် ပြောင်းလဲမှူများ ရှိပါက သက်ဆိုင်ရာအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ နှင့် အတည်ပြုညှိနှိူင်းပြီး ထပ်တိုးလုပ်ငန်းများရှိပါက တွက်ချက်ပြီး client အားပြန်တင်ပေးရန် ။
• Project ပြီးစီးမှု အလိုက် Project claim လုပ်ရန်။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
