Job Requirements

  • An associates’ or bachelor’s degree or similar preferred
  • LCCI -1, 2 (need to know basic accounting knowledge)
  • Previous experience in sales administration
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience with ERP software
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records
  • Excellent excel and I communication skills

Job Description

  • Receiving and processing purchase orders
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices
  • Verifying orders, including customer’s personal information and payment details
  • Contacting customer by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
  • Compiling daily, weekly & monthly sales reports
  • Expediting orders through international liaison
  • Identifying new products to add to those on offer
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested

 

Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
