Job Requirements
• Any graduate (Business, Marketing, Logistics preferred)
• Sales & Marketing experience (Travel / Logistics field) 1–2 years preferred
• Communication & negotiation skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
• English intermediate level (spoken & written)
• Computer skills (MS Office, Email, Social Media tools)
• Target oriented & teamwork mindset.
Job Descriptions
• Air ticket (Domestic / International) နှင့် Logistics services များကို B2B / B2C customers များထံ ရောင်းချခြင်းများပြုလုပ် ပေးရမည် ။
• New customers ရှာဖွေခြင်း၊ existing clients များကို maintain & upsell လုပ်ခြင်းများပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည် ။
• Quotation, proposal, negotiation နှင့် closing sales လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်းများပြုလုပ် ပေးရမည် ။
• Monthly / quarterly sales target ပြည့်မီစေရန် လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်းများပြုလုပ် ပေးရမည် ။
• Social media & digital marketing campaign များ plan & execute လုပ်ခြင်းများပြုလုပ် ပေးရမည် ။
• Promotion plan, package deal & partnership ideas များတင်ပြခြင်းများပြုလုပ် ပေးရမည် ။
• Market research & competitor analysis ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းများပြုလုပ် ပေးရမည် ။
• Brand awareness တိုးတက်စေရန် content & campaign များ support လုပ်ခြင်းများပြုလုပ် ပေးရမည် ။
• Client inquiries များကို timely respond လုပ်ခြင်းများပြုလုပ် ပေးရမည် ။
• Booking process, shipment coordination နှင့် follow-up လုပ်ခြင်းများပြုလုပ် ပေးရမည် ။
• Sales report, customer database နှင့် performance report ပြုစုခြင်းများပြုလုပ် ပေးရမည် ။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public holidays
