Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to manage the daily dispatch and coordination of our technical team. This role is critical to maintaining 100% data accuracy in our service delivery and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Job Descriptions
- Efficiently schedule and dispatch pest control technicians to optimize daily operations.
- Booking Management: Manage customer bookings and rescheduling requests with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate closely with the service and customer service teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Quality Control: Maintain exceptional attention to detail in all scheduling and communication to avoid errors and service delays.
- Internal Communication: Ensure strong internal communication across all departments to support operational efficiency.
- Professionalism: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams in English, both written and verbal.
Job Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail is essential as this role requires a very high level of accuracy and focus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in operations, scheduling, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Ability to multitask and perform accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- A reliable, responsible individual with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday & Public Holidays
