- Proficient in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), E-mail, Internet and
- Able to use Accounting Software.
- Good Communication & Personal Skills.
Job Description
- Ensure the integrity of according information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
- Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information
- Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies
- Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, journal and reconciling entries
- Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements
- Avoid legal challenges by complying with legal requirements and direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
- Secure financial information by completing database backups
- Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential
- Prepare financial reports and documentation for Government and Legal issues
- Provide monthly, yearly and necessary reports to Managers and CEO
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
