Job Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred Qualifications (LCCI Level III, ACCA (Part Qualified), or equivalent accounting qualification is an advantage.
  • Experience coordinating with external auditors and accounting firms is preferred.)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting and administrative work.
  • Basic knowledge of Myanmar accounting standards and bookkeeping.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to learn and grow with the company.

 

Job Descriptions

  • Maintain daily accounting records and documentation.
  • Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, petty cash records, and journal entries.
  • Issue invoices and follow up on customer payments.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and cash balances.
  • Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
  • Prepare monthly financial information for submission to the external accounting firm.
  • Coordinate with external accountants for monthly closing, tax matters, and annual audit.
  • Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of accounting documents.
  • Manage office administration and daily office operations.
  • Maintain company files, contracts, licenses, and statutory documents.
  • Handle office procurement and supplier coordination.
  • Support HR administration including leave records and employee files.
  • Assist management with reports, correspondence, and scheduling.
  • Liaise with banks, government offices, and service providers when required.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

 

Working Hours: 8:30AM – 5:00PM

Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
