Job Descriptions

  • Oversee and manage daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Monitor and control budgets, expenses, and cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax laws, and internal control procedures.
  • Collaborate with management to provide financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Supervise, train, and develop accounting staff to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Implement process improvements and accounting best practices.
  • Production report handling (costing, inventory transaction & control)
  • Taxation (Preparing the taxation report (quarterly & annual) for tax office)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA or Master’s degree is an advantage)Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage a team and collaborate across departments.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
