Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ACCA Part 2 qualification is preferred.
- At least 2 years experiences in related field.
- Accounting experience is preferred, especially in shipping or logistics industries.
- Knowledge of local tax laws and foreign exchange regulations.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills; English proficiency is an advantage.
Job Descriptions
- Manage daily accounting processes and bookkeeping.
- Maintain accurate income and expense records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle tax filing and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Process seaman payroll, including allowances and deductions.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefits: Travelling allowance will be provided.
