Job Requirements

  •  Any Graduated.
  • Careful, organized and detail-oriented.
  • Basic English communication.
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Google Drive).
  • Experience in admin, education support or office operation is preferred.
  • Responsible and able to work independently.

Job Descriptions

  • Support student application documents and admission procedures
  • Check and organize student files and required paperwork
  • Coordinate with Vietnam office regarding admissions and visa process
  •  Support students and parents during application process
  • Handle office administration and reporting tasks
  •  Maintain student records and follow application timelines
  •  Participate in seminars, events and marketing activities when required.
  •  Work closely with team members to support the development of HaiPhong/CTech Myanmar Office.
  • Support additional tasks and projects assigned by the management related to recruitment, student support and office operation.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
