Job Requirements
- Any Graduated.
- Careful, organized and detail-oriented.
- Basic English communication.
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Google Drive).
- Experience in admin, education support or office operation is preferred.
- Responsible and able to work independently.
Job Descriptions
- Support student application documents and admission procedures
- Check and organize student files and required paperwork
- Coordinate with Vietnam office regarding admissions and visa process
- Support students and parents during application process
- Handle office administration and reporting tasks
- Maintain student records and follow application timelines
- Participate in seminars, events and marketing activities when required.
- Work closely with team members to support the development of HaiPhong/CTech Myanmar Office.
- Support additional tasks and projects assigned by the management related to recruitment, student support and office operation.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
