Job Requirements
•Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (MBA/Master’s is a plus).
•Experience: 5 to 8+ years of management experience in automotive after-sales, preferably with EVs or premium brands.
•Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in modern automotive diagnostic tools and high-voltage battery safety regulations.
•Computer Skills: Highly proficient in MS Office Suite and Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
•Languages: Professional fluency in both English and Myanmar.
Job Description
•Departmental Leadership: Exercise complete operational oversight of our After Sales Service Department.
•Section Management: Oversee three primary sections: Service Maintenance, Vehicle Preparation & PDI, and Spare Parts & Inventory.
•Quality & CSI: Drive technical repair excellence and continuously track and improve our Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
•Training Leadership: Design and implement technical and customer service training programs specializing in advanced EV technologies.
Working Hours: 9:30AM – 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
