Job Descriptions

Recruit, onboard, and build a dedicated team of independent Insurance Agents to sell company products.
Guide and ensure participation of agents in corporate training sessions.
Develop your own skills to independently conduct product training and deliver impactful sales presentations.
Achieve business targets set by the company, to be achieved through the team of agents.
Maintain market awareness on competitor activities, industrial trends, and new concepts.
Develop competencies to be able to conduct training sessions as required to agents and presentations at sales events.
Additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
Strong preference given to candidates coming from a B2C sales background (e.g., Insurance, Banking, FMCG, Telecom).
Team leading experience of minimum 3 years and working experience in that city at least for 5 years.
Exhibits strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and project management.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – needed for communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
Must present professionalism when dealing with internal and extern.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM

Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
