Job Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- 4-5 years of experience in senior ticketing roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo.
- Advanced knowledge of IATA rules and BSP reconciliation.
- Strong leadership and multitasking abilities
- Oversee the ticketing department and manage complex international routings.
- Handle group bookings, corporate accounts, and high-level escalations.
- Monitor GDS queues and ensure all tickets are issued accurately and on time.
- Train junior ticketing staff on fare rules and system updates.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half) & Sunday, Public Holiday
