Job Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or any IT related field.
- Min 1 year of IT/ Application support working experience.
- Can speak English Language.
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
- Knowledge of networking.
- A team player, willing to work in a multicultural environment.
- Must be able work independently with min guidance.
- Excellent problem solving and analysis skills.
- Be willing to rotate in an on-call scheme.
Job Descriptions
- Perform and control day-to-day email or phone or onsite supports on Banking Application systems that may include:
– Initial set-up
– Configuration
– Testing of hardware or software platforms
– Customization to maintenance and upgrade projects.
– Checking the system error - Interact with network services, software systems engineering and / or applications development to restore availability of services and / or identify root cause of complex problems.
- Review complex problem situations and identify preventive measures / improvements to processes, procedures or tools and implement these as required.
Working Hour: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
