Job Descriptions
- Main Focus: Business Development, Decision-making Support to MD, Inter-departmental Coordination.
- Formulate and execute strategic Business Development plans to drive company growth.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven insights to support the Managing Director (MD) in critical decision-making.
- Act as a key bridge and ensure seamless coordination and communication between all departments (Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, etc.) to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor company KPIs and performance metrics, providing regular strategic reports to the MD.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate team performance to foster a collaborative working environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is highly preferred).
- At least 5–8 years of proven experience in Management, Business Development, or a similar senior leadership role.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven track record of departmental coordination.
- Outstanding leadership qualities with the ability to influence and align different teams.
- Preferred -Proficient in English (Both written and verbal) and advanced computer literacy.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
