Job Requirements
• At least (3) years of progressive experience in HR field.
• Any graduate but must hold Diploma in HRM / HRD or Business Management.
• Accountability, Accuracy, Punctuality, Attention to detail & Adaptability (ability to work under pressure)
• Strong leadership, communication and good interpersonal skills.
• Effective Managerial skills, Analytical skills and problem-solving skill.
Job Descriptions
• Lead the HR function and adhere to the company’s policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the relevant manager in implementing HR strategies.
• Recruit suitable and qualified new employees for vacant positions.
• Responsible for all HR activities such as addressing and resolving workplace issues for employees.
• Coordinating with other departments and managing HR affairs.
• Facilitating employee well-being to ensure retention.
• Executing tasks assigned by the supervising manager as needed.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
