Job Requirement
- ဘွဲတစ်ခုခုရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- HR ပိုင်းတွင် အနည်းဆုံး 5–7 နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိပြီး Team Lead/Senior HR အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Myanmar Labour Law နှင့် HR Best Practices ကို နားလည်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Recruitment၊ Performance Management၊ Training & Development နှင့် Employee Relations အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ကျွမ်းကျင် ရမည်။
- HRIS (Human Resource Information System) အသုံးပြုဖူးသူ ဖြစ်ပါကဦးစားပေးမည်။
- Leadership၊ Communication နှင့် Interpersonal Skills ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Problem-solving နှင့် Decision-making Skills ရှိရမည်။
- Confidential Information များကို လုံခြုံစွာ ကိုင်တွယ်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- Recruitment Process (Job Posting, Screening, Interview Coordination, Hiring) ကို စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- Employee Onboarding နှင့် Orientation Program များကို စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- Employee Records၊ Personnel Files နှင့် HR Database များကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။
- Attendance၊ Leave နှင့် HR-related Reports များကို စစ်ဆေးထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။
- Performance Appraisal Process ကို HR Manager နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- Training & Development Program များကို စီစဉ်ပြီး အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရန်။
- Company Policies နှင့် Labor Law များကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်စေရန် ကြီးကြပ်ရန်။
- Employee Relations၊ Grievance နှင့် Disciplinary Cases များကို HR Manager နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဖြေရှင်းရန်။
- Payroll အတွက် လိုအပ်သော HR Data များကို ပြင်ဆင်ပေးရန်။
- HR Reports (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual) များကို ပြင်ဆင်တင်ပြရန်။
- Management မှ ပေးအပ်သော အခြား HR တာဝန်များကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holiday
