Job Description
- Manage daily freight forwarding operations including air, sea, and land transportation.
- Coordinate import/export shipments from booking to final delivery.
- Supervise documentation processes (BL, AWB, customs clearance, invoices).
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve operational issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Optimize routing, carrier selection, and logistics costs.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for logistics processes.
- Build strong relationships with clients, agents, carriers, and partners.
- Prepare quotations, pricing strategies, and logistics solutions.
- Act as the main contact for major customers.
- Ensure adherence to customs laws, international shipping regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
- Proven experience in logistics sales or business development.
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and Incoterms.
- Experience with freight management or ERP systems.
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday alternately, Sunday & Public Holidays
