Key Responsibility

  • Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
  • Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
  • Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and regular sales reports.
  • Follow up on quotations, tenders, contracts, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve sales-related issues professionally.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Support the Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies and business development activities.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably with supervisory/management experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
  • Based in or willing to work in Mandalay.
  • Salary is 15L to 20L depending on experience.

Working Hours: 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
