Job Requirements
- တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Business Management/ Sale & Marketing ပိုင်းနှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သော Diploma ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့ကြုံ (၃) နှစ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အသက် ၃၀ နှင့် ၄၀ နှစ်ကြား ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Leadership Skill နှင့် Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Problem-solving နှင့် Decision-making ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Computer Basic (MS Word, Excel, Email) ကျွမ်းကျင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- Sales, Operations နှင့် Staff Management များကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
- လစဉ်/နှစ်စဉ် Target များ ပြည့်မီအောင် အစီအစဉ်ရေးဆွဲ၍ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်နိုဆောင်ခြင်း
- Customer Service အရည်အသွေး မြင့်မားအောင် ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
- Performance Report များကို အချိန်မှန် တင်ပြခြင်း။
- Sales Team အား coaching လုပ်ခြင်း၊ လိုအပ်သော Training များ ဖော်ဆောင်ပေးခြင်း။
- ချမှတ်ထားသော Sale Policy နှင့် Sale Plan များအတိုင်း ဦးဆောင်၍ Team အား လိုက်ပါလုပ်ဆောင်အောင် Guideline ပေးခြင်း
- Operation အား ကောင်းစွာ စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
- Sales growth strategy များရေးဆွဲအကောင်ထည်ဖော်နိုင်ရမည်။
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
