Requirements
• Any graduate.
• At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive industries, with proven team management experience.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Strong customer orientation, problem-solving ability, and teamwork mindset.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to prepare professional reports and slides.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical/reporting tools.
Job Descriptions
• Lead and manage the sales & Marketing team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Support the Head of Sales & Marketing in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and reporting accuracy
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales related reports as required
• Prepare materials/presentations for management reviews, dealer/partner meetings as required.
• Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews for sales consultants.
• Customer relationship management, including handling escalated customer cases.
• Coordinate with aftersales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth sales operations and customer delivery.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and standard operating procedures
Working Hours: 9:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
