Key Responsibilities
• To develop marketing plan and propose various marketing strategies in accordance to corporate policy for clinic
• To implement various activities as per the phase wise marketing strategic plans to achieve target
• To do regular fieldwork and supervise effective promotional activity
• To manage call plan, coaching and performance monitoring of marketing team
• To maintain good communication with existing clients
• To demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the clinic/product to effectively communicate with clients
• To explore newer geographical area, new markets, for targeted customers for clinic
• To identify and analyze the competitors, market share analysis, price strategy
• To evaluate the effectiveness of old marketing programs and the viability of new ones
• Reporting
• To prepare daily call reports, weekly promotional plan
• To prepare weekly business analysis reports on sales performance and market trends to management
Qualification and Experience Required
• M.B.,B.S or marketing related bachelor degree
• At least 2 years working experience in healthcare related sales and marketing department
• Good Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation
• Good leadership skill
• Ability to perform well in stressful situations
• Proper knowledge of market and healthcare industry
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday, Monday & Public Holidays
