Requirements

Education: No formal education required (Must be able to read and write Myanmar)
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in automotive polishing and detailing is highly preferred.
Teamwork: Active, energetic, and able to work harmoniously with team members.
Adaptability: Quick learner with a strong willingness to master new polishing techniques.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Technical Knowledge: General knowledge of car maintenance and paint surface care.
Tools Handling: Familiarity with polishing machines (dual-action/rotary buffers), compounds, and microfiber materials.
Problem Solving: Proactive mindset in identifying surface defects (scratches, swirl marks) and solving them.
Stress Management: High patience and ability to handle repetitive, detailed tasks under pressure without losing focus.
Customer Service: Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to different client expectations.
Time Management: Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize cars based on delivery schedules.

Job Responsibilities

Polisher is responsible for polishing the car properly.
Polisher is responsible for cleaning daily usage tower, equipment and Autodetailing bay.
To polish and coating the car properly according to SOP.
To wash the car properly according to SOP.
To clean the car interior properly according to SOP.
To wash the tower and equipment for using the Auto detailing work.
To wash the Auto detailing bay daily.
Ad-hoc responsibility as assign by work requirement.

Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holiday
