Job Requirements

Any Graduate.
Well-developed computer skills, with demonstrated competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
At Least 2 years minimum working experience in the related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team.

Job Descriptions

Validate RMS load data against actual on-site load conditions.
Validate Runtime Hours (RH) using RMS data, outage records, and DG Controller logs.
Prepare fuel billing files accurately and within the required timeline by analyzing DFR and monthly fuel consumption data.
Submit fuel billing files to customers in accordance with contractual terms and customer requirements.
Ensure timely fuel billing submission and collection as a mandatory responsibility.
Conduct reconciliation with customers to resolve discrepancies and ensure collection is completed within the agreed timeline.
Prepare and maintain all required supporting documents for fuel billing and reconciliation.
Prepare meeting slides, reports, and required analysis to support the Line Manager.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the HOS and HOD.
Work collaboratively with team members and relevant departments to achieve billing and collection objectives..

Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
