Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Fashion Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field. (Preferred)*
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Brand Management, Fashion Marketing, Retail Marketing or a related role.
• Strong experience in Modern Trade and Visual Merchandising.
• Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies.
• Good understanding of the fashion and retail market.
• Strong knowledge of customer behaviour, market trends and competitor analysis.
• Experience in planning and managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Strong project management and problem solving skills.
• Good understanding of both online and offline marketing.
• Ability to work closely with creative, sales, retail and product teams.
• Strong sense of fashion, branding and visual presentation.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Portfolio of previous branding, campaign or retail projects is required.
Job Descriptions
• Develop and execute brand strategies to establish and grow Her’ Collections in the market.
• Build a consistent brand identity, positioning and communication across all channels.
• Plan and manage seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.
• Lead **Modern Trade & Retail Marketing**, working closely with sales and retail teams to improve performance and customer experience.
• Develop and maintain **Visual Merchandising** direction, including store displays, mannequins, windows and seasonal concepts.
• Lead online and offline marketing, social media direction, KOL/influencer and agency collaborations.
• Work closely with product and design teams on collections, launches and market insights. Monitor brand and campaign performance, customer behaviour, market trends and competitors.
• Lead teams and external partners while managing timelines, budgets and execution.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
