Job Descriptions
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and service quality.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by products & services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products to optimize stock turnover.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and prevent losses/damage.
- Ensure proper cash management, transaction processing, and reporting.
- Monitor branch expenses and control operational costs.
- Maintain showroom standards—cleanliness, product display
- Monitor branch activities for risks and implement control measures.
- Safeguard branch assets and maintain security protocols.
- Lead, coach, and motivate branch staff to achieve high performance.
- Assign duties, set performance goals, and evaluate staff performance.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance skills.
- Analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales and stock reports.
- Track sales trends and customer preferences to provide management insights.
- Suggest and execute strategies for promotions, discounts, or marketing activities to boost sales.
Job Requirement
- Age between 30 to 45 years.
- Any graduate (or) bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of retail management or showroom leadership experience (building materials or similar industry is a plus).
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of decorative materials and interior design trends is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
