Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Professional certification (LCCI, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing
- 5+ years of comprehensive accounting experience, with a focus on financial reporting and team supervision.
- Prior experience in the fish export or food processing industry is highly preferred.
- Expert-level mastery of Microsoft Excel (you should be comfortable with complex formulas and data analysis).
- Comprehensive knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and tax laws
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Job Descriptions
- Drive the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring that the Monthly Financial Statement package is accurate and issued on time.
- Supervise and develop our accounting staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and high performance
- Take the lead on annual audits and ensure our tax filings and regulatory matters are handled with 100% compliance.
- Maintain rigorous internal controls and oversee the reconciliation of complex accounts to ensure a “no-surprises” financial environment.
- Work closely with the COO on ad-hoc analysis, cost-control initiatives, and operational efficiency projects.
- Monitor cash flow and banking operations (including international transfers and SWIFT communications) to maintain healthy liquidity.
- Provide critical financial insights and handle ad-hoc projects that help the management team make informed business decisions.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
