Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in flexible packaging, plastic films, printing, or related industries.
- Knowledge of packaging materials such as BOPP, CPP, PET, PE, PVC, and laminated films is highly preferred.
- Existing customer connections in the food, beverage, FMCG, or packaging manufacturing sectors are a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, identify opportunities, and close sales.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting. * Willingness to visit factories, industrial zones, and customers regularly.
Job Descriptions
- Identify and develop new B2B customers in the food, beverage, FMCG, manufacturing, and packaging industries.
- Promote and sell flexible packaging materials, including PVC, POF, PE shrink films, BOPP, CPP, laminated films, and printed packaging solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, factories, packaging converters, and distributors.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new product opportunities. Understand customer packaging requirements and recommend suitable materials and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to fulfill customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales pipeline reports.
- Support the development and expansion of new packaging product lines.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sundays & Public holidays
