Job Requirements
- Business Management သို့မဟုတ် Civil Engineering ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Construction Sales/Business Development နယ်ပယ်တွင် အနည်းဆုံး (၅) နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
- Outdoor Sales ဆင်းနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ Developer/Architect/Contractor များနှင့် ကောင်းမွန်သော Connection/Network ရှိထားသူကို အထူးဦးစားပေးမည်။
- လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေး ပြေပြစ်ပြီး ဆွဲဆောင်မှုရှိသော တင်ပြနိုင်စွမ်း (Presentation & Negotiation Skill) ရှိရမည်။
- Microsoft Office ပက်ကေ့ဂျ်များကို အသုံးပြု၍ Report များ၊ Proposal များ ပြင်ဆင်နိုင်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- ပြင်ပသို့ သွားရောက်၍ ဆောက်လုပ်ရေး ပရောဂျက်အသစ်များနှင့် ပုဂ္ဂလိက လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များ (Private Developers/Investors) ကို ရှာဖွေဖော်ဆောင်ရန်။
- Potential Clients များဆီသို့ တိုက်ရိုက်သွားရောက်တွေ့ဆုံကာ ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို မိတ်ဆက်ခြင်းနှင့် ခိုင်မာသော ရေရှည်ဆက်ဆံရေး တည်ဆောက်ခြင်း။
- ပြိုင်ဘက်ကုမ္ပဏီများ၏ လှုပ်ရှားမှုနှင့် လက်ရှိပုဂ္ဂလိက ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးဈေးကွက် အလားအလာများကို စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် လေ့လာဆန်းစစ် တင်ပြရန်။
- ပရောဂျက်စာချုပ်များ ချုပ်ဆိုနိုင်သည်အထိ ဈေးနှုန်းညှိနှိုင်းခြင်းနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းအဆိုပြုလွှာ (Proposals) တင်သွင်းခြင်းများကို တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
