Job Requirements
- B. Com, CPA, or equivalent professional accounting degree.
- Age is 40 years and above.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in an accounting management role (Preference given to candidates with a Trading Industry background).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems).
- Strong knowledge of local tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and import customs procedures
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Interpersonal: Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Job Description
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage monthly and annual accounts.
- Reporting: Generate Financial Statements, Income Statements (Profit & Loss), Balance Sheets, and Trial Balances.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain Credit Ledger, Cash Book, Petty Cash Book, and General Ledger.
- Departmental Oversight: Manage the Senior Accountant, Accountant, and Sales departments.
- Receivables: Arrange and review AR Statements and Debtors’ balances.
- Collaboration: Provide strategic support to the Management Team and the Accounting Department
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
