Job Description
We are a leading construction company specializing in large-scale infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects. With a strong commitment to quality, safety, and innovation, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced CFO to join our executive leadership team.
The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring sustainable growth, and providing strategic financial leadership to support the company’s expansion and long-term success.
Responsibility Details:
- Financial Strategy – Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Budgeting & Forecasting – Lead annual budgeting, cash flow management, and project-based financial forecasting.
- Risk Management – Identify financial risks and establish mitigation strategies.
- Compliance – Ensure adherence to local laws, tax regulations, and international accounting standards.
- Investment & Financing – Manage capital structure, funding, and relationships with banks, investors, and stakeholders.
- Team Leadership – Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Reporting – Provide timely and accurate financial reports to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction project finance, cost control, and contract management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to drive financial performance in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
