Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecom civil works or construction projects. (Fresher also welcome, we will provide on the job training)
Experience in telecom infrastructure projects (tower, foundation, shelter, etc.) is preferred.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and site layouts.
Strong site management and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of BOQ and quantity estimation.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel and work at different project sites.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Able to travel and be deployed to project sites as required for site supervision.

Job Descriptions

Supervise and manage day-to-day telecom civil site activities including tower foundation, shelter construction, fencing, and site preparation.
Ensure all civil works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor site progress and report daily/weekly updates to the project team.
Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards at site.
Conduct site surveys, setting out, and verification of measurements.
Check and verify materials delivered to site and ensure proper usage.
Assist in BOQ verification and support project cost control.
Identify and resolve site issues, delays, or technical challenges.
Maintain proper documentation including site reports, work progress, and handover documents.
Coordinate with internal teams (Project, QA/QC, and Engineering) for timely project delivery.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays.
