Job Requirements
• (Bachelor’s Degree) – Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Food Technology, Engineering သို့မဟုတ် ဆိုင်ရာ အထူးပြုဘာသာရပ်များ ရရှိ ထား သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Logistics, Warehouse သို့မဟုတ် Cold Chain Management အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး 4 နှစ် ရှိ ရပါမည်။
• Cold Storage Facilities, Reefer Trucks, Temperature-Controlled Distribution စသည်တို့ကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲထားသည့် အတွေ့အကြုံ ရှိရမည်။
• Agro/Food Industry Supply Chain အတွေ့ အကြုံ ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
• Cold Chain Systems, Refrigeration Technology, Temperature Monitoring Tools အပေါ် အကျွမ်းတဝင် ရှိရမည်။
• Food Safety Standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP) နှင့် စည်းမျဉ်းဥပဒေများကို နားလည်ထားရမည် ERP/WMS Systems နှင့် Excel Advanced Formula အသုံးပြု၍ Inventory နှင့် KPI Tracking ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်
• Cross-functional Teams ကို ဦးဆောင်နိုင်ပြီး Operational Staff ကို ထိရောက်စွာ စီမံနိုင်ရပါမည်။
• Planning, Problem-Solving, Decision-Making အရည်အချင်းများ ရှိရပါမည်။
• Budgeting, Cost Control နှင့် Supplier/Vendor Management အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရပါမည်
• Integrity, Accountability မြင့်မားပြီး လုပ်ငန်းခွင် ဖိအား ကို ခံနိုင်ရည်ရှိရပါမည်. Workplace Safety နှင့် Ethical Standards အပေါ် တာဝန်ယူမှု အား သိရှိနားလည် သဘောပေါက်ရမည်။
• လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်အရ လိုအပ်ရင် ခရီးသွားလာနိုင်ရမည်။
