Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Law, Economics, Finance, or related fields preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a Compliance role or related field.
- Proficient in legal regulations and Risk Management.
- Good English communication and strong report-writing skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with strong decision-making abilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with securities laws, SECM/YSX regulations and AML/CFT requirements.
- Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures and manuals.
- Monitor transactions and identify/report suspicious or unusual activities (STR/TTR).
- Conduct AML/CFT risk assessments and compliance reviews.
- Prepare and coordinate regulatory reports and submissions to SECM.
- Coordinate SECM inspections, including document preparation and follow-up on findings.
- Review trading transactions and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Liaise with SECM, YSX and other relevant regulatory authorities.
- Provide AML/CFT awareness training to employees.
- Ensure regulatory submissions and compliance activities are completed accurately and on time.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
