Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineer
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction supervision and project management.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of local building regulations, safety standards, and procurement processes.
- Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
Job Descriptions
- Develop and manage construction schedules, resource allocation, and sequencing of work activities.
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct regular site meetings to monitor progress and address operational issues.
- Track project milestones and provide timely progress reports to senior management.
- Ensure proper management, quality control, and efficient utilization of construction materials.
- Review technical drawings and specifications; resolve site-related technical issues.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and control project costs; support budget planning and forecasting.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, including leading safety inductions and site inspections.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards through regular inspections and audits.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday and Public Holidays
