Job Requirements

B.E (Civil), B.Tech (Civil), AGTI (Civil) ဖြစ်ရမည်။
At least 3 years’ experience in construction Field.
Manage and supervise daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, contractors, consultants, and clients.
Monitor project budgets, construction costs, and material usage. Ensure construction quality and compliance with safety standards.
Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Identify project risks and resolve site-related issues.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Supervise project teams and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Manage project completion, inspections, defect rectification, and final handover.

Working Hour: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holiday
