Job Description
- Manage and maintain relationships with key logistics clients
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Problem-solving and decision
- Able to use Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Fluent in English
- Act as main contact for shipment updates, delays, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transport teams
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
Job Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
- Strong communication skills in English and Burmese
- Experience handling B2B clients
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Familiar with CRM systems or client management tools
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 4:30PM
Holidays: Saturday ,Sunday &Public Holidays
