Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Any subject)
- Preferred 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication with the workforce in both English and Myanmar.
- Experience in working with Excel.
Job Descriptions
- CR staff will manage the package of work provided by Job Controller.
- CR staff is responsible for daily appointments, 1K follow up call, campaign call, report, and handling files.
- To answer general enquiries via telephone or walk in customers for daily appointment.
- To record in the appointment scheduling board.
- Prepare WIP (Job Card) and arrange according to the appointment date.
- To monitor the appointment customers and if they are late more than 1 hour, he/she needs to call the customer for reappointment instead of no show.
- To conduct the necessary IK Follow up call.
- Utilize the Service Appointment system to maximize the facility and manpower capacity.
- To conduct the campaign call.
- To monitor and send the daily report.
- To monitor and send the monthly report.
- To record the detail complaint from the customer and inform to the respective SA to resolve the problem and he or she needs to monitor to make sure the complaints have been solved.
- All filing is kept neat and tidy according to 5S.
- Take the record of credit payment for service fees.
- Submit the screening customer list to distributor on time.
- To conduct the assigned report.
- Ad-hoc responsibility as assign by Service Manager.
