Job Descriptions
- Handle client inquiries, provide real-time shipment tracking, and resolve operational issues.
- Issue HBL/MBL, Arrival Notices, and Delivery Orders (D/O).
- Coordination: Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents for smooth cargo flow.
- Billing: Ensure accurate invoicing and timely submission of shipment charges.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, degree in logistics or supply chain is an advantage.
- 1-2 years in Freight Forwarding (Sea/Air).
- Strong knowledge of incoterms and shipping documentation.
- Proficient in English (Email) and Microsoft Office.
- High accuracy, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Working Hour: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
