Job Descriptions
- Focal person to communicate with dedicated client/supplier/customer.
- Receiving inquiries, shipment info from client and timely feedback to clients.
- Timely reporting to respective clients for every step of each job.
- Updating all jobs in specific Job follow Up for each client (both pone and mail).
- Scanning and filling all related documents for each job in computer system.
- Must be able to develop strong business relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Prepare booking submission to respective line once booking confirmation by Mkt Team.
- Follow up with customer for VGM & documentation process such as SI & BL process.
- Follow up mother vessel information, detention demurrage & ETA information for all shipment.
- Daily data input Target Revenue Plan after checking with marketer daily booking.
- Preparing & checking credit term for ocean freight shipment in drive.
Job Requirements
- Able to work under pressure in any challenging situations.
- Any graduate and other related qualifications in the Logistics and Supply Chain Sector.
- Must be al least 3 years Freight Forwarding & Cross border Logistics experience .
- Carrier relationship is a “must”.
- Customer-centric mindset is required.
- Good skill of computer.
- Collaboration, and negotiation skills internally & externally.
- Must be a Team player.
Working Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays.
